Self-compassion at Work explores the (often harsh) attitudes with which we relate to ourselves. We’ll learn to identify the “Inner Critic” and explore how this critical voice influences how we relate to ourselves and others in everyday life and impedes connection, growth, and success. We’ll cover a range of mindfulness-based techniques for shifting this voice from self-judgment to self-kindness, allowing us to use our inner voice as a source of sustainable motivation and encouragement. You’ll come away from the workshop with evidence-based tools for gaining new perspective and cultivating greater curiosity, warmth, and kindness towards your world and your work.
