JoyTime, is a fun, grounding, playful, expressive, cardio and restorative dance class featuring world-class dancer, Gabrielle Revlock. The class will include about 25 minutes of high-energy dance cardio, followed by yoga-inspired stretching for optimal flexibility, and mindful, restorative exercise for grounding and relaxation. If you’re tired of boring, repetitive and soulless workouts, this class is for you. No dancing experience is needed.
Mind-Body Yoga is a yoga offering that puts the mental component of this ancient practice front-and-center alongside the physical. This is a class for the body and the spirit with an emphasis on slowing down and cultivating a curious, embodied pres- ence as the core foundations of the practice. Each class consists of gentle mindful movement, restorative postures, breath-work, and meditation. The class is suitable for those who are both new and experienced practitioners.
Get your heart racing and muscles burning while learning the basics of Salsa and some fun and funky dynamic body movement. This class is for anyone with a body at any level!

Gabrielle Revlock is an award- winning dancer and choreographer. She is known for her work with the hula hoop and her inventive, rambunctious, and mesmerizing choreography. She has presented at American Dance Festival, New York Live Arts, The Barnes Foundation, Center for Performance Research, and many other venues, and has danced around the world. She has performed for Lucinda Childs, David Gordon, jumatatum. poe, Susan Rethorst, Leah Stein, Christopher Williams, Vicky Shick, Bill Young, and Jane Comfort. Gabi is also the creator of Restorative Contact, a mindful touch-based empathy practice and her signature mix of cardio and play called JoyTime.
Jen Szymaszek, LCSW, is a somatic psychotherapist and mindfulness yoga teacher in private practice in NYC. She brings to her students a depth of experience in Viniyoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga. Jen has trained in India with A.G. and Indra Mohan and completed her 500-hour RYT training in the US with Gary Kraftsow. Jen’s yoga is also deeply influenced by over ten years of daily meditation practice and annual retreats at Insight Meditation Society.
Charlene Rose is the queen of Salsa. Some of Charlene’s accomplishments include Golden Salsa Award for “Best Female Salsa Dancer”, World Salsa Champion, and Final 50 Contestant on FOX’s “So You Think You Can Dance”. She has danced in such hit shows as Penny Dreadful: City of Angels, Young and the Restless, Dexter, Disney’s Wizards of Waverly Place, and America’s Got Talent, and has choreographed for Dancing with the Stars and the Netflix original, Sense8, for which she was nominated for a World Choreography Award.
